Can You Really Lose Weight Fast and Healthy?

Yes you can!

If you want to lose weight, then all you have to do is STOP feeding yourself poisons and toxins and start feeding yourself healthy, natural whole foods that nourish and support your body and will allow your body to metabolize and get rid of the fat, excess feces and water you’ve stored up, and the excess toxins and chemicals that are stored in your excess fat.

1. You are responsible for your weight!

Take full responsibility for where you are! How much do you weigh? You are in control – no one else. That should feel liberating because YOU can change it.

You can’t blame the food, your lifestyle, your boss, your job, or anything else. It’s your responsibility!

They have horrible side effects, they’re not regulated, and last time I checked gaining weight was not due to a lack of diet pills.

4. Liposuction and lap band surgery at not the answer!

You didn’t get fat because of a lack of liposuction or because your stomach is too big! So why try to treat the effect when you can change the cause? The cause is your diet! If you’re willing to change that, you can lose weight fast the healthy way.

5. Eating a Healthy Diet is the answer!

Eating a healthy diet is the key to fast healthy weight loss.

6. You might have to move your body a bit!

You might actually have to exercise and move your body some more. Your body craves movement and if you just sit all day, you’re depriving yourself and messing up your metabolism and hormones! Go run, jog, walk, do something to move your body more.

You’re so right – obesity is probably the worst epidemic of disease ever faced by the American public and if we don’t help people lose weight and get healthy fast, we are not going to be able to afford the medical bills and costs of having so many sick people as a society.
