It was a huge pleasure to be able to interview Steve Siebold, best-selling author of Die Fat or Get Tough!

Steve lost over 40 lbs in a year after deciding that he wasn’t going to put up with being fat anymore. Not only did he drop the weight, but Steve says it helped improve every area of his life from his finances to his relationships once he got “mentally tough” and took responsibility for being fat.

Steve says if you’re overweight it’s your fault! So stop blaming the media or fast food companies – because no one put a gun to your head and forced you to eat too much junk food.
