I recently had the honor of interviewing Dr. Stephen Sinatra, the author of The Great Cholesterol Myth for the Authentic Health Coaching show.
In the interview, Dr. Sinatra shared some amazing new research showing that cholesterol is NOT an important marker for heart disease. In fact, there are much more highly relevant markers for heart disease including homocysteine, weight, and inflammatory markers like c-reactive protein.
Dr. Sinatra shares his top tips for fighting inflammation and reducing your risk of heart disease naturally – without drugs, surgery or expensive medical procedures. It’s all about your nutrition, lifestyle and reducing inflammation, says Dr. Sinatra!
