In today’s show, I interviewed Alyce Adams, RN, BSN, who’s become famously known as “The Kegel Queen.” Alyce is an international expert in kegel exercises for women and she’s helped thousands of women all over the world heal from pelvic organ problems such as prolapse, urinary incontinence, and much more.

In the show, Alyce shares why kegel exercises are a great way to naturally heal prolapse and many other pelvic problems – if you do them the right way. The problem is, there is A LOT of misinformation out there that is incorrect about how to do kegels – and they could even make your problems worse! You’ll learn why slow, long sustained reps are the key to building muscle mass in your pelvic floor.     Great video! When my sister had her first child, she experienced a lot of bladder leakage after birth. She started doing kegels and even to this day, she SWEARS by them. My niece, btw, is 3 now!
