Place your green tea bag in the pan and steep for about 3 minutes. Strain and drink. Instead of sugar, use honey to sweeten. Lemon is an astringent and packed with vitamin C. Mint is a natural energy booster and can help clear the sinuses.

Apple Cider Tea

Simmer 1 cup of apple juice with a cinnamon stick for about 5 minutes. Steep your green tea bag for about 3 minutes. Strain and enjoy! An apple a day keeps the doctor away, so this concoction with keep a couple doctors away.

Super Antioxidant Tea

Bring a ¼ pomegranate juice, ¾ cups water and a slice of orange to a boil. Remove from heat and steep with green tea bag. Strain and again sweeten with honey rather than sugar. Pomegranate, oranges and green tea are all powerful antioxidant reach foods.
